铜胁迫对小麦幼苗的毒性效应

【摘要】 本文用水培实验研究了不同浓度Cu2+对小麦幼苗的毒性效应及其在植株中的分布,结果表明:铜对小麦种子出芽及幼苗生长和幼苗植株中Cu2+的含量均显著性相关(P<0.01);其对小麦种子发芽、幼苗的株高、鲜重、干重及叶绿素含量均表现为低浓度条件下为刺激作用而高浓度条件下为抑制作用;少量的铜对小麦的出芽和植株的生长有一定的促进作用,随着培养液中Cu2+浓度的升高,会抑制了小麦种子的出芽和幼苗的生长;小麦植株中铜的含量与培养基质中Cu2+的含量之间呈现出完全正相关,大部分铜富集在小麦幼苗的根系,只有少量迁移到小麦地上部分,其在地下部分的含量是地上部分的12~24倍;各指标对Cu的敏感性依次为植株Cu2+含量>叶绿素a>叶绿素a/b>总叶绿素>株高>发芽率>鲜重>根伸长>叶绿素b>干重;植株中Cu2+的含量对培养基质中Cu的敏感性最高。

【Abstract】 Toxicity of the different concentration of Cu2+ to the wheat seeding and its distribution in the plant were studied by solution culture. The results showed that: The correlation between the content of Cu2+ in medium and the germination and the growth of the seedlings is significant (P<0.01). The effect of Cu2+ to the germination, plant height, fresh weight, dried weight and the chlorophyll amount of the wheat seedling was stimulation under lower concentration of Cu2+ and inhibition under higher concentration. The germination and growth of the wheat seedlings was promoted under the condition of lower concentration of Cu2+. With the increase of the Cu2+ concentration in the culture solution, the germination and growth of the seedlings was inhibited. The perfect positive correlation between the Cu2+ content in the plant and in the culture solution was noted. Most of Cu2+ was concentrated in the root, and only a small amount was migrated to the above-ground part of the wheat seedling. The amount of Cu2+ in the underground part was 12 to 24 times higher that in the aboveground part. The sensitivity of each index to the copper was ranked as follows: the Cu2+ content in the plant> chlorophyll-a> the ratio of chlorophyll-a to chlorophyll-b> total chlorophyll> plant height> germination> fresh weight > root elongation> chlorophyll-b >dried weight. The Cu2+ content in the wheat plant was the most sensitive index to the Cu2+ concentration in the culture solution.
