分散式生活污水一体化处理设备运行参数优化试验

【摘要】 采用正交试验法对中试规模的污水处理一体化设备处理农村生活污水的试验进行研究,探讨了进水流量、循环移动床曝气量、接触氧化床曝气量等三个因素的变化对反应器处理性能和效果的影响,试验结果表明:进水流量、循环移动床曝气量、接触氧化床曝气量分别为0.18m3·h-1、3.0m3·h-1、1.5m3·h-1是最佳的参数组合,COD去除率介于60%~70%之间,NH3-N去除率可达78.36%,同时又是一种经济的组合;循环移动床作为处理单元,在曝气量过大的情况下,气流的运动和悬浮填料的循环转动对水中的悬浮污泥有较大的冲击力,引起悬浮污泥性能的降低,影响了出水水质的稳定;原水在厌氧悬浮池停留7.5h,水解阶段进行的较彻底,可生化性显著提高。

【Abstract】 A pilot test of an integrated unit for the treatment of rural domestic wastewater was carried out to study the effects of influent rate, ingoing air volume in circular moving-bed and ingoing air volume in contacting oxidative reactor on the treatment performance of the system and the results of the treatment using the orthogonal design.The results showed that when the influent rate, ingoing air volume in circular moving-bed and ingoing air volume in contacting oxidative reactor was 0.18 m3·h-1,3.0 m3·h-1,1.5 m3·h-1 respectively,the removal rate of CODcr was 60% ~70%,the removal rate of NH3-N was 78.36%,which was the optimum and economical combination;When the ingoing air volume was much to some extent,the suspended activated sludge was impacted badly because of the movement of air current and the circling or rotating movement of the suspended packings,leading to the decrease of performance of the activated sludge and the stability of effluence;The hydrolysis of raw water was complete and the biodegradation was increased dramatically when the HRT reached 7.5h in the anaerobic suspended bed.
