【摘要】 人工神经网络近年来发展很快。其优势在于不确定性系统的控制和预测。食品工业所涉及的食品加工过程、品质控制、成分分析往往是属非线性和非稳态的系统,应用人工神经网络能够促进食品工业的发展。本文首先简单介绍了人工神经网络的原理,然后总结了国内外将人工神经网络应用于食品工业的一些情况,最后展望了人工神经网络的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Artificial Neural Networks has developed very rapidly in recent years.Its advantage lies in the control and predict of uncertain system.The food industry involved in food processing,quality control, component analysis is often a non-linear and non-steady-state system,the application of artificial neural networks can promote the development of the food industry.Firstly this paper briefly introduced the theory of artificial neural network,and then summed up the situation that the artificial neural network will be applied to the food industry at home and abroad,finally the paper looked to the artificial neural network applications.更多还原
