矢量分析法在旋转式吹瓶机开合模导轨设计中的应用

【摘要】 在液体包装领域,PET包装占据着举足轻重的地位,广泛应用于各类饮料、如水,果汁、茶和乳汁饮料以及医药、化妆品等行业,使PET吹瓶机有着广阔的市场。旋转式吹瓶机具有节省投资和基建投资的好处,成为目前世界PET制瓶行业应用最广的吹瓶设备。全自动旋转式吹瓶机转动体质量很大并且具有很快转动速度,因而其回转系统具有很大的转动惯量,在速度高时会引起机械的振动,吹瓶机的机械振动和冲击、机械系统的稳定性和零件的有效寿命是目前制约其生产效能的一大的障碍。吹瓶机振动和冲击,其中一个主要方面来自模具开合凸轮机构和开合模滚子之间的冲击。本文就该问题从理论上进行了研究和探讨,通过分析全自动吹瓶机开合模机构的结构,应用矢量分析法建立其数学模型,并通过对模型的求解, 得到了模具打开角度(?)和模具旋转矢量P之间的方程P=f((?)),为全自动吹瓶机开合模系统的设计和系统动力学优化提出了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In packing for liquid foodstuff PET bottle play a critical part and have been widely applied in containing drinks such as water, fruit juice, tea and milk, as well as medicines and cosmetics. Therefore, PET bottle blowing machines have an enormous market potential. The advantages of rotating machines is that the production capacity per machine is large and they are capable of performing continuous bottle blowing and bottling, not requiring continuous bottle blowing and bottling, not requiring supplementary equipment. Fully-automatic bottle blowing machines’ rotating velocity are very fast, which leads many problems to the machine’s capability such as too high rotating inertia, too much machine vibration, too much machine failure and so on. As we know, more machine vibration comes from the mould open-close device, too fast machines’ rotating velocity lead violent impulsion between the mould open-close roller and cam device. So the better design of the mould open-close cam curve is one way to enhance the machine’s capability, this paper study the model of the mould open-close roller and cam device and find the relation between mould open-angle( (?)) and mould rotating vector( P).We can get the best mould open-close cam curve which has the best mechanical kinetics by using the equation (P = f((?)) and optimization calculation method.
