仿生装载机铲斗二维有限元分析

【摘要】 以装载机铲斗为研究对象,在对铲斗结构进行简化的基础上,借助公鸡爪趾弯曲轮廓形状的测定结果, 设计了一种仿生装载机铲斗。通过有限元分析,研究了铲斗在铲装土壤的仿真过程中装载机和土壤的应力变化状况及在水平方向的位移和在垂直方向的位移。结果表明所设计的仿生装载机铲斗减阻效果明显。通过本文的研究为装载机铲斗的高效节能改进设计提供了仿生研究的基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper a new kind of bionic loader bucket was desighed on the basis of simplyfing the bucket structure and in virtue of the measured result about the curved contour Shapes of the toes of spermophilus dauricus-cock’ s claw to study the loader bucket. By the FEA, the soil’s and the bucket’s stress 、 soil’s level direction translation and uprightness direction translation were studied during the bucket was rotating. The results indicate that the bionic loader bucket has an excellent effect to reduce working resistance. The experiment provides a solid foundation for researching and developing a high-efficient and energy-saving bionic loader bucket.
