【摘要】 甘蔗根茬破坏情况影响到宿根质量。该文在自制的单圆盘根切器试验台上,利用美国PHOTRON公司生产的FASTCOM—10K高速摄像机研究甘蔗茎秆在光刃刀片切割下的破坏过程。试验结果表明:切割过程中甘蔗茎秆的破坏主要表现为蔗皮、蔗芯的撕裂,以及撕裂后成碎段与茎秆脱离;两刀切割时,甘蔗茎秆在被第一刀切割过程中发生扭转变形,甘蔗上段发生蔗皮、蔗芯撕裂严重,而根茬部分破损较一刀切割时轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 The damage of stubble will influence the quality of its biennial root. In the paper, a single-disk basecutter test equipment was made, and high-speed photography tests on damage process of sugarcane stalk in cutting were done by the use of FASTCOM-10K high-speed photography, which made in America Photron Co.. It is found that: the damage of the stalk in cutting mainly expressing as tearing of stalk’s bark and core, and fragment’s abjunction after tearing. When two-blades cutting, the stalk is twisted in the first blade cutting, and the top segment’s bark and core are tea red seriously, and the stubble damage lightly than one blade-cutting.更多还原
