【摘要】 农业物料是有生命的材料,其脱粒和清选过程较复杂,关于脱粒和清选机理的研究还不够深入。在详细分析了同内外研究经验的基础上,研制了农业物料脱粒、清选试验平台,包括机械系统和测控系统两部分。以PLC作为硬件控制系统的核心,采用虚拟仪器技术来构建的测控软件系统,可方便实现对结构、运动参数进行实时采集、显示、处理与分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural materials are zoetic, so the process of threshing and cleaning are complicated and the mechanism of threshing and cleaning are illegible. A test-bed for threshing and cleaning of agricultural materials are developed, which include mechanical system and automatic data acquisition and control system, after learning the achievements of the study at home and aboard. PLC is the kernel of control system. And the software of the system is based on the VI (Virtual Instrument). It is convenient to exquisite, display and analyzes data of structural and motional parameters.更多还原
