树枝粉碎机的研制
Research and Development of Branch Grinder

【摘要】 为了解决我国城市废弃树枝处理设备主要依赖进口的问题,研制了适合粗口径树枝的国产树枝粉碎机。本文介绍了该机的结构与工作原理,探讨了主要工作部件喂入装置和粉碎装置的设计理论和设计准则。样机主要性能指标的实验测试结果表明,该机能够粉碎直径达200mm的树枝,且工作平稳可靠,树枝粉碎质量好,生产率达到2.8m~3/h木屑。存在的问题是噪声较大,油耗较高。进一步的分析表明,通过改进粉碎装置的设计可望改善这方面的性能。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of branch process in the city, the branch grinder suitable for large branch was developed. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the machine. The design theory and method of the key parts, feeding system and grinding system are discussed. The performance test shows that the performance indexes of the prototype are acceptable. The machine can grind big branches with diameter up to 200mm, it works smoothly and reliably and with high quality. The productivity of the machine is about 2. 8m/h. The existing problems for the machine are that the noise is greater and the assumption of energy is higher. The further analysis shows that the problems can be solved by optimum design of grinding system.
