不同栽培方式下生物有机肥对小白菜重金属含量影响的研究
EFFECT OF BIO-ORGANIC FERTILIZER ON THE CONTENTS OF HEAVY METALS IN Brassica chinensis L.IN DIFFERENT CULTIVATION METHODS

【摘要】 试验采用土培、基质培两种栽培方式,通过盆栽试验对施用生物有机肥对小白菜体内重金属含量的影响进行了分析测试。结果表明:与复合肥处理和营养液浇灌处理比较,施用生物有机肥对小白菜体内Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb含量影响均没有显著差异;在土培中,小白菜体内Cr的含量在施用生物有机肥作为肥源时的含量最高,对照无公害蔬菜质量指标(GB18406.1-2001),所有的生物有机肥处理均符合无公害蔬菜的标准。
【Abstract】 The soil culture and medium culture by pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on the contents of heavy metals in Brassica chinensis L.The results indicated that,after applying the bio-organic fertilizer,there are no significant differences on the contents ofCu、Zn、Cd、Pb compared with the control compound fertilizer and the nutrition solution;while the contents of Cr was highest in Brassica chinensis L.growing in vegetable soils.In addition,compared to the quality standard of free-pollution vegetable(GB18406.1-2001),the application of all the bio-organic fertilizer met the standard request of free-pollution vegetable.
