温室迷你黄瓜雌性系诱雄保存技术研究
Inducing male flower and conserving technology of gynoecious inbred line of mini-cucumber in greenhouse

【摘要】 采用不同浓度和不同喷施次数的GA(750mg/L、500mg/L、250mg/L)、AgNO3(300 mg/L、200 mg/L、100 mg/L)、Ag2S203(400 mg/L、300 mg/L、200 mg/L)三种诱雄剂对荷兰引进的温室迷你黄瓜雌性系进行诱雄效果试验。结果表明: AgNO3 300 mg/L和Ag2S2O3 400 mg/L处理的诱雄效果最佳;AgN03和Ag2S2O3喷施2次的诱雄效果优于喷施1次的;喷施次数对GA的诱雄效果影响不大。
【Abstract】 Studies were conducted on the effects of three inducing male flower solutions with different spraying times which included GA(750mg/L、500mg/L、250mg/L)、AgNO3(300mg/L、200mg/L、100mg/L)、Ag2S2O3(400 mg/L、300 mg/L、200 mg/L) about gynoecious inbred line of mini- cucumber coming from Holand.The results showed that treatment about AgNO3 300 mg/L and Ag2S2O3 400 mg/L could get the best effect of inducing male flower,spraying 2times also could reach the best effect on the treatment about the solution of AgNO3 and Ag2S2O3;the times of spraying have no effect on the inducing male flower solution GA.
