生物质致密冷成型原料最佳收集半径的研究
Study on economical radius of collected straw in biomass fuel cold compression molding

【摘要】 本文通过对生物质颗粒成型燃料生产厂合理布局的科学分析,提出了秸秆收集的经济半径、平均运输半径及满载和空载等效模型,推出了综合反映颗粒燃料生产厂投资、运输条件、耗油价格关系的颗粒燃料生产厂原料收集最佳半径的数学模型。并经实例计算对模型进行了初步的验证。
【Abstract】 By investigating the layout of molded biomass granule fuel mill, economical radius of collected straw, average radius of transportation and equivalent model of loading and unloading transportation were put forward. Furthermore, the mathematical model of economical radius of collected straw was established. The factors of mill investment, transportation condition and oil price were incorporated in the model. The model was preliminarily demonstrated by practical examples.
