【摘要】 在农业机械购置补贴过程中,采取寻标的形式是实现农机化发展的科学决策和实现科学选型的有效措施。本文从整体论和方法论两个方面入手,提出将寻标系统分为立项评估、过程评估和预警评估三个过程,并以定性与定量相结合的寻标方法论为指导研究了农业装备寻标系统,以期为今后开展寻标工作提供决策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Invite public bidding is a very effective measure to choose type scientifically in the purchase allowance of agricultural machinery and it also can impetus the development of agricultural mechanization. From both side of whole theory and methdology, this paper put forward the selection evaluation, process evaluation and pre-warning evaluation. In order to support advices for the inviting public bidding, by quality and numerical analysis, the paper focused on the inviting public bidding of agricultural equipment system.更多还原
