互插式连栋温室的有限元优化设计
Optimal designing the mutual insert multi-greenhouse with FEA

【摘要】 文章阐述了有限元法分析弹、塑性问题的理论依据,介绍了ANSYS9.0软件的优化方法和工具;模拟研究了插杆插入土壤的角度和杆件互插的距离对结构稳定性的影响;确定了设计变量的设计范围:杆件插入地下角度在60~90之间;互插距离在500mm~800mm之间。在此基础上对现有的间隔互插式连栋温室的结构参数进行了优化设计。从互插式连栋温室设计参数和目标函数优化调整的变化曲线图中得出截面积A1>A2、距离C>B。采用一阶优化方法对互插式塑料温室的优化计算结果进行多次迭代处理,得到三种工况下的优化结果:拱杆直径为32mm,支撑杆直径为20mm,互插间距为600mm,倾斜侧杆的水平投影为500mm(插入角度为76.6)。结果表明互插式连栋温室用钢量为立柱式连栋温室的79.4%,构件的抗弯强度小于设计值,结构稳定。
【Abstract】 The theoretic foundation which analyzing the elastic and non-elastic structure using finite element analysis (FEA) was presented and the optimal methods and tools of ANSYS9.0 software pack was introduced in this paper. The different structural stability status was simulated when different pole-inserted angle and different mutual inserted distance. The range of design variable was established bases on the simulation : the pole-inserted angle was 60 ~ 90 and the mutual inserted distance was 500mm~800mm. Optimizing the structural parameter of existing mutual insert multi-span greenhouse using ANSYS9.0 software pack based on the variable range. The cross-section area A1 is bigger than A2 and the design value C is longer than B through observing the mutative curve of design parameter and objective function. The first-order optimal way was used to optimize the mutual insert multi-span greenhouse. The author draw a conclusion that the arch pipe’s diameter is 32mm, the knighthead’s diameter is 20 mm, the mutual distance is 600mm and the gradient side pole’s horizontal projection distance is 500mm through repetitious iterative disposal to the optimal result in three kinds of loads to the mutual insert multi-span greenhouse. To the same size the mutual insert multi-greenhouse and the vertical pillar type greenhouse, the gross steel of the former is 79.4 % to the latter. The stability of the mutual insert multi-greenhouse is good because component’s bending strength is less than design value.
