新疆小白杏杏仁原油的脱色工艺研究

【摘要】 本文对影响新疆小白杏杏仁原油脱色效果的脱色剂种类、脱色剂用量、脱色时间、脱色温度等因素进行的研究表明,新疆小白杏杏仁原油脱色的最佳工艺条件为:脱色剂为硅藻土,脱色剂用量为0.8%,脱色时间为15min,脱色温度为90℃。在此条件下脱色,新疆小白杏杏仁油略显微黄色,色度为0.4,可供食品、保健药品、化妆品等行业使用。
【Abstract】 The article studied on the factors influencing the Xinjiang xiaobai almond crude oil decoloration. They were the kinds of adsorbent, the additive amount of absorbent, the decoloration time and the decoloration temperature. The optimum parameters for decoloration technology have acquired by orthogonal test. The additive amount of diatomite is 0.8%, the bleaching time is 15min, and the bleaching temperature is 90℃ . Decolorated on this condition, Xinjiang xiaobai almond oil is yellowish, and its chroma is 0.4, which can be widely used in food, health protection remedy and cosmetic industries.
