苜蓿草干燥加工工艺及设备研究
Study on Process Technique and Equipment of Alfalfa Drying

【摘要】 苜蓿作为发展畜牧业的优良品种,其收获与贮藏过程中,保持干草的饲用价值,减少干物质和营养物质的损失是获得高质量的苜蓿干草的关键。在薄层干燥研究的基础上对牧草保质干燥加工的主要干燥参数及工艺流程进行了深入研究,并研究设计了带式输送干燥主机及配套机组。该干燥加工机组能有效保持苜蓿营养成分,具有热效率高、低成本、高品质、多用途等优点,对加快我国饲草生产和草业的集约化生产有极大的促进作用。
【Abstract】 Alfalfa is the excellent species of animal husbandry development , keeping raise value of hay and reducing dry substance and nutriment is the key to attain alfalfa hay with excellent quality in the course of harvest and store. Main dry parameters and technique flow of forage keeping quality , drying , manufacturing are lucubrated base on the research of thin-layer drying, dry mainframe with belt conveyor and unit matching are researched and designed too. The dry process unit can keep alfalfa nutrition efficiently with the merits of excellent thermal efficiency, low cost, excellent quality, many applications, which will play an great promote effect to accelerate forage produce and forage intensive produce in our country.
