压电陶瓷变压器在低压电源设计上的应用

【摘要】 压电陶瓷变压器作为一种新型的电子变压器具有无电磁干扰、功率密度大、转换效率高、体积小、无噪声等特点,弥补了传统电磁变压器的一些不足。本文归纳总结了压电陶瓷变压器的特点与应用领域并提出了对谐振状态下小升压比型压电陶瓷变压器低压电源及非谐振状态下小升压比型压电陶瓷变压器低压电源的设计思路。
【Abstract】 Piezoelectric ceramic transformer is a new kind of electronic transformer which has low electromagnetic interference, big power density, high transfer efficiency, small and light in size, no noise etc, and these characteristics are superior to traditional electromagnetic transformer. This paper summarizes the capability and the application of piezoelectric ceramic transformer and puts forward the method of design about low power supply. One worked with small transfer ratio at resonant frequency; the other one worked with small transfer ratio at non-resonant frequency.
