洪金灌区管理信息系统研究与开发

【摘要】 建立灌区管理信息系统,是灌区信息化建设的核心问题。本文从大型灌区管理信息系统组成入手,首先分析了系统组成的三个部分,即灌区信息管理系统(IMS)、地理信息系统(GIS)和决策支持系统(DSS),并就三个子系统的相互关系、实现功能,以及与灌区自动控制系统等其他已建系统的联结,真正做到整个灌区的任何数据数出一处,使整个灌区的管理、运行和决策合理、有序和可靠。并在开发江苏省淮安市洪金灌区管理信息系统中,很好地体现了上述开发思想,应用效果较好。
【Abstract】 It is the nucleus issue of irrigation district information construction that setting up management information system in irrigation fields. This paper starts at the composing of MIS in lager irrigation district. First, it makes up of three parts, information management system, geography information system, and decision support system. We discussed the function of subsystem. Example for developing MIS of irrigation district of Hong-Jin in Jiangsu province, explain the implement of structure , function and way.
