旱后复水对玉米生理特性的影响

【摘要】 以玉米为试验材料,利用盆栽试验研究了前期水分胁迫复水后叶片生理指标的变化规律。试验结果表明:复水后,六叶期胁迫的处理叶片光合速率超过对照,出现超越补偿效应,且胁迫历时越长,补偿效应越明显;七叶期轻度胁迫处理叶片光合速率在复水后超过对照,而重度胁迫较低。胁迫处理的叶片叶绿素含量均超过对照。六叶期胁迫处理其叶片丙二醛含量与对照无显著差异;七叶期长历时重旱处理则高于对照,可见苗期水分胁迫并未表现出促进衰老的迹象。上述结果说明补偿效应与胁迫时期、胁迫程度和胁迫历时有关,苗期较长历时干旱和拔节初期轻度干旱下植株具有较明显的补偿效应,

【Abstract】 Effect of recovery from water stress on physiological characteristics of maize leaf were investigated by pot experiment. Results indicated that the leaf photosynthetic rate of stressed treatments after rewatering during the six-leaf stage was higher than control treatment(CK)and the tendency enhanced with the increase of water stress duration. While for the treatments stressed in seven-leaf stage,photosynthetic rate was higher than CK after recovery of full irrigation from mild water stress but lower from severe stress. Chlorophyll content of leaves of all stressed treatments after rewatering was higher than CK.Malondialdehyde(MDA) content of leaves of stressed treatments after rewatering in six leaf stage was no difference significantly from CK while MDA content of leaves under long duration and severe stress in seven leaf stage tended to be higher than CK, implying that stress in seedling stage did not accelerated the senescence of plants. The results above suggeste that compensatory effect dependes on stress stage, stress duration and stress severity. The long duration water stress exposed in seedling stage and slignt water stress in early jointing stage often resulte in better compensatory effect.
