基于直线超声电机矩形复合层板面内振动的研究

【摘要】 直线超声电机(LinearUltrasonicMotor)是超声电机的一个重要分支,近年来已成为超声电机研究和开发的热点。本文首先针对国内外在直线超声电机复合层板面内振动方面的研究,进行了简要的论述,然后运用弹性力学、振动等理论,对矩形复合层板振子进行了面内动力学分析,建立了矩形复合层板面内振动的动力学模型,并通过Rayleigh-Ritz近似计算方法,利用Maple软件进行计算得到了其固有频率,并将理论计算结果与实验测得的结果、有限元分析结果进行比较,得出了一些的结论。
【Abstract】 Linear Ultrasonic Motor(LUSM) is a vital branch and has become a focus of research and development of ultrasonic motors. First, this paper presented the researches on the linear ultrasonic motor based on the in-plane modes of piezoelectric rectangular plate. Secondly, the dynamical model of vibrator was established, which was based on the theories of elastic mechanics and vibration. The in-plane frequencies are calculated by using the Rayleigh-Ritz method and Algebra package Maple. Some useful conclusions which are available for the free plates are come to by comparying the model results with the experimental and analytical results.
