【摘要】 本文介绍了作者设计并研制的双轴卧式全混合日粮混合机,阐述了其主要结构及工作原理。为了优化其结构与运动参数,采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计进行了混合均匀度、物料细粉率及单位时间功率消耗作为指标的试验研究,得出了其结构与运动参数的合理组合。试验中,以食盐为示踪物进行了均匀度分析,结果证明该法可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main structure and working principle of the twin-shaft horizontal TMR mixer was discussed in the paper.For optimization parameters in structure and motion,the experimental method of the five-factor quadratics rotary orthogonal combination was adopted,and three evaluation indexes was applied in the experiment. In the experiment,coefficients of variation was analysed by determination of salt content,experimental results testify this method is accurate, simple, practical.更多还原
