芦竹切割过程的高速摄像试验观察和分析

【摘要】 芦竹是一种优质的造纸原料,它具有高而粗、茎秆硬度和刚度大的特征。本文确定了用于芦竹切割的锯齿回转链式切割器的结构和组成要素,借助高速摄像技术对芦竹切割过程进行了在线跟踪拍摄,通过对拍摄图片的处理、观察与分析,得出了机组前进速度与切割速度的匹配、链条的张紧度、护刃器的开合度及相邻动刀片的间距以及刀片结构参数的匹配是影响芦竹切割质量和切割效率的主要因素,提出了切割器完成芦竹切割的接触、切入和切断三个过程,研究结果为芦竹收割机的设计与研究提供了理论支撑和技术指导。

【Abstract】 Arundo donaxl is a kind of good material of paper making, which is taller, thicker and harder. In this paper, the structures and key factors of the rotating chain type saw-tooth cutter to cut the Arundo donaxl had been determined, the cutting process of the Arundo donaxl had been photographed online by the high speed photography technology. and some factors affecting cutting qualities had been put forward by observing and analyzing the pictures, such as the matching of the tractor’s moving velocity and the cutting velocity, the degree of tightness of the cutter chain, the interval of protected cutter and two adjoining blades etc. The cutting process including touching ,cutting-in and cutting-off of Arundo donaxl had been put forward also. The results have showed it would have been given references for the designing and study of Arundo donaxl harvester.
