大葱移栽机的设计与试验研究

【摘要】 由于大葱移栽的农艺要求特殊,国产的各种移栽机都不适合大葱这类小株距作物的移栽。为了实现大葱机械化移栽,作者分析了国内各种移栽机的结构特点,确定了以挠盘式栽植器为研究对象,在分析挠盘式栽植器运动轨迹和特征参数的基础上,设计了一台挠盘式大葱移栽机,田间试验结果不仅证明了挠盘式移栽机可以满足大葱栽植的农艺要求,实现小株距移栽,而且验证了挠盘式移栽机设计方法的可靠性。
【Abstract】 All kinds of available domestic transplanters can not be used to transplanting scallion with a small spacing between seedlings because of it’s special agriculture need. The paper analyzed structure character of diverse domestic transplanter confirming flexible disks transplanters as research object for implementing scallion mechanical transplant. A flexible disks scallion transplanter is designed base on the analysis of kinetic track and characteristic parameters of flexible disks transplanter. The field experimental results not only indicate that the transplanter can plant scallion with small space and meet the requirements of the scallion practical planting, but also demonstrate the reliability of design method of the transplanter.
