【摘要】 本文对水稻精量穴直播排种器型孔设计了5种不同的样式,并且分别对4种不同尺寸类型的稻种进行了排种对比试验、机器播种与人工播种发芽的对比试验。结果表明:瓢形型孔在成穴性、漏播率、伤种率等参数指标方面要优于其他型孔形式,并能实现每次2~6粒的精量穴播;穴径、穴距参数均符合直播要求;长方形型孔有夹持稻种缺陷,不能满足播种要求;水稻发芽率与水稻自身品种发芽情况有关,与是否机器播种无关。在对不同瓢形型孔个数的对比试验中,本文给出了最佳的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper design five different type inners of the precision rice direct-seeder metering mechanism, and do seeding contradistinctive test by using four unlike paddy, do sprouting contradistinctive test between seeding by the mechanism and seeding by people. The result indicates: the gourd ladle inner is excelled the other inners in the side of parameter index of the hill sowing, the no-full seed rate, the seed-injuring rate etc,and the number of rice seeds thrown out, the diameter of the hill, the average hill spacing could meet the requirements of precision rice direct-seeding; the oblong inner has the objection of clamping paddy, don’t satisfy demand of seeding. Paddy sprouting rate is relevant to paddy breed, don’t correlative with seeding by the mechanism. On different number of the gourd ladle inner contradistinctive test, the paper give the optimal scheme.更多还原
