新疆加工番茄机械化收获发展对策的探索

【摘要】 加工番茄产业是具有新疆区域特色的优势产业,是新疆“红色产业”的代表。经过多年的发展,新疆加工番茄产业已成规模,成为中国最重要的加工番茄生产基地。加工番茄产业化的发展对实现机械化收获提出了迫切的要求。该文回顾了国外加工番茄机械化收获发展过程,从中总结出国外发展加工番茄机械化收获的主要经验。通过分析加工番茄机械化收获发展前景和当前存在的问题,该文提出新疆加工番茄机械化收获发展对策和措施;建议通过农艺技术和机械化技术相结合,从品种培育、推广规范化的栽培管理技术、建设番茄原料生产基地、形成番茄种植产业带、研制适用的加工番茄收获机械等方面着手来推动新疆加工番茄收获机械化的发展。

【Abstract】 The processing tomato industry is an advantage industry that has the regional characteristic in Xinjiang. It is the representation of “Red Industries” in Xinjiang. Now Xinjiang has become the most important base of processing tomato industries in China after development for many years. It is very urgent to realize mechanical harvest for processing tomato, as speedup developing of processing tomato industries. This paper reviews the process of developing mechanical harvest for processing tomato in foreign country and summarizes their main experience. After both developing potential and main presence problems were been analyzed, this paper proposed that measures should be adopt, such as combining mechanical technology with agricultural technology; developing the varieties that are suitable for mechanical harvest, extending tomato growth technology that is standardization, founding the base of processing tomato growth to form growth area on a large scale, researching and manufacturing the processing tomato harvester that is suitable for Xinjiang’s condition. That will promote the development of mechanical harvest for processing tomato in Xinjiang.
