【摘要】 电生功能水是一种新型杀菌剂,其消毒杀菌功效十分显著,而且灭菌后可完全还原成水,无毒、无残留。因此,在食品加工、医疗卫生等领域的应用前景十分广阔。将电生功能水用于减农药、无农药栽培,用以部分替代农药来防治植物病虫害,以减轻农药对环境的污染及对人体的危害,将是植物病虫害防治的一种新途径。电生功能水是一种有效的防腐保鲜剂, 可以减少在农产品储运过程中化学药剂的使用,它还可以有效的杀灭农产品中存在的病原微生物,用于农产品加工的预处理。文章主要介绍了目前电生功能水在植物保护及农产品加工等方面的应用研究,对其应用前景作了分析评价。将电生功能水在农业领域推广应用,将带来可观的社会效益及经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electrolyzed functional water is a kind of disinfectant which has strong bactericidal effect. It has been used in the food processing and health care field already. Because electrolyzed functional water is not complex chemical compound, it hasn’t any toxicity to the human being. The research of electrolyzed functional water used in farm produce processing and plant protection was discussed in the paper. The application prospect of electrolyzed functional water was also analysed. The application of electrolyzed functional water in agricultural field will do good to the environment and the people.更多还原
