需求侧管理(DSM)项目设计与评价方法应用研究

【摘要】 近年来,我国电网的负荷特性发生了很大变化,电网的峰谷差日益增大,电力供需平衡趋于偏紧的局面。需求侧管理的应用可以节约能源、保护环境、改善电网运行状况,同时还可以减少用户的电费开支。本文以某典型供电区为例,根据能源需求侧管理(DSM)的思想,充分考虑我国目前的供电、用电特点及电价结构,提出了基于能源需求侧管理(DSM)的用户节电方案设计方法及分析评价准则。这一方案在典型供电区的应用结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 Our country is a big country of electricity production and consumption. With the improvement of economic development and living standards of the people, the power generation must keep a very fast growth rate, so the task of power generation development is very heavy. In recent years, big changes have taken place in the load characteristic of the power grid of our country, the disparity between peak load and valley load of the power grid increases badly day by day, there is an increasing shortage in supply. The application of DSM can economize the energy, protect the environment, improving the operation conditions of the power network. It can also reduce users’ electric expenses at the same time. This paper present the methodology of design power saving plan and the standard of analysis and assessment based on DSM. The application result of this method in a typical power area is satisfactory.
