百合鳞茎发育过程中内源激素变化初探
Primary Study on Changes of Endogenous Hormones in Lily Bulb during Bulb Development under Protected Cultivation

【摘要】 以兰州百合和亚洲系精粹百合为试材,观察了设施栽培条件下鳞茎发育过程中内源激素的变化。结果表明,百合现蕾期ABA含量最低,随着鳞茎的发育,内源ABA含量显著升高,在植株半枯期达到最大值,新鳞茎的ABA含量高于母鳞茎。鳞茎发育过程中,新鳞茎中内源GA3含量下降,母鳞茎中内源GA3.含量大幅度上升,且母鳞茎的GA3含量高于新鳞茎。现蕾期IAA含量最高,随着鳞茎发育呈下降趋势,母鳞茎的IAA含量高于新鳞茎。百合现蕾直至植株半枯期,新鳞茎中内源ZR处于较高水平,半枯期后显著下降,母鳞茎中ZR的变化趋势2种百合有所不同。兰州百合的ABA和GA3含量高于精粹百合,ZR含量显著低于精粹百合,2种百合IAA含量相近。从不同发育时期内源激素及其比值的变化和不同种类百合之间的差异可初步判定ABA、GA3、ZR对鳞茎发育起着重要的调节作用。
【Abstract】 Changes of endogenous hormones content in different parts of bulb in Lilium davidii var. unicolor and cv. Elite in Asia lily was studied during bulb development under protected cultivation. The results indicated that endogenous ABA level was the lowest at bud stage, and which increased significantly with the development of bulb and achieved maximum at half withered stage. ABA concentration in daughter bulb was higher than that in mother bulb. Endogenous GA3 content in daughter bulb decreased during bulb grown up, but which in mother bulb increased markedly and was higher than that in daughter bulb. Endogenous IAA level was the highest at bud stage and decreased with the maturity of bulb, which in mother bulb was higher than in daughter bulb. Endogenous ZR content in daughter bulb was higher from bud stage to half withered stage and decreased evidently after that, which in mother bulb had the different changes between two species lily bulbs. Endogenous ABA level and GA3 level of bulb in Lilium davidii var. unicolor were higher than which in bulb of cv. Elite., but ZR content had the opposite trend and IAA content in two species bulb was similar. According changes of endogenous hormones content and the ratio as well as differences between varieties, we can conclude primarily that ABA, GA3 and ZR had the important function for the development of lily bulb.
