亏缺灌溉加密栽培对番茄果实品质和产量形成的影响
Effect of Deficit Irrigation and High Density on Yield and Fruit Properties of Tomato

【摘要】 研究了亏缺灌溉加密栽培、亏缺灌溉正常密度栽培对番茄产量形成和果实品质的影响。两种亏缺灌溉处理都提高了果实的可溶性固形物含量、滴定酸度、维生素C的含量和干物质的含量;和正常栽培相比,亏缺灌溉正常密度栽培结果数变化不大、单果重和产量减少,但亏缺灌溉加密栽培结果数增加、单果重减小、产量没有下降。在亏缺灌溉条件下,适当加密栽培可以克服亏缺灌溉对产量的负面影响。亏缺灌溉还显著地提高了水分生产率。
【Abstract】 The effects of deficit irrigation treatment, deficit irrigation and high density treatment on the yields, fruit properties of tomato were carried out. Both treatments increased soluble solid content, titratable acidity, the content of ascorbic acid, and dry matter content. Comparing with the control, the fruit number hadn’t change, fruit weight and yields decreased in the deficit irrigation treatment; the fruit number increased, and fruit weight decreased but yields didn’t decrease in the deficit irrigation and high density treatment. It was showed that the negative effect of the deficit irrigation on yield could be overcome by increasing plant density. The deficit irrigation also significantly increased water productivity.
