臭氧在温室黄瓜生产上的应用研究

【摘要】 进行了臭氧对温室黄瓜病害的防治及臭氧水对黄瓜种子活力和幼苗生长影响的试验,结果显示:100%臭氧水对黄瓜病原真菌孢子有强烈抑制作用,对温室黄瓜病害的防治效果优于臭氧气体;使用100%臭氧水进行灌根,可以防治黄瓜枯萎病;臭氧水浸种50 min显著提高黄瓜种子活力,提高了CAT、淀粉酶的活性和呼吸速率;喷施臭氧水有利于培育黄瓜壮苗,提高光合速率,提高黄瓜幼苗CAT、POD和SOD活性。因此,臭氧水在温室黄瓜生产上有一定应用价值。
【Abstract】 The effect of ozone on cucumber diseases in greenhouse and the effect of ozonic water on cucumber seeds and seedlings were carried out. The results showed that; 100% ozonic water had strong inhibition on the spores of cucumber diseases, and had better effect on cucumber disease in greenhouse than ozone gas; 100% ozonic water could prevent cucumber Fusarium wilt; 50 minutes’ soaking cucumber seeds with ozonic water increased vigor index, respiration rate, CAT and amylase activities; spraying ozonic water on cucumber seedlings increased not only cucumber seedlings vigor index and photosynthesis rate but also CAT, POD and SOD activities. Therefore ozonic water could be used in greenhouse cucumber production as a new method.
