利用清洁能源南水北调治理沙漠的探讨

【摘要】 中国北部高寒、干旱、降水量少,自然河流的流量逐年减少,甚至出现断流,土地日益沙漠化,生态环境脆弱,已引起国际上的关注。该文提出了利用清洁能源——水电和风电,将四川省的水调至黄河上游玛多县、巴丹吉林沙漠、毛乌素沙漠、浑善达克沙地,从根本上解决北部缺水问题的设想,期望实现治理沙漠、发展农牧业、造福于人类的目的。

【Abstract】 The cold, arid upland area has a minimum precipitation where the discharge of natural rivers lessens year by years so far as to cut off, the land is desertificated day by day, the ecological environment is fragil and all these attracted a good deal of attention of the people in the world. The author presented a tentative idea to transport water from Sichua Province to Ma Duo county, Ba Dan Ji Lin desert area, Mao Wu Su desert area and Hum Shan Da Ke desert area in order to solve the problems of water shortages in the northern part of China, harness desertification of land, prompt the development of agriculture and animal husbandry and bring benefit to mankind by making use of clean energy resources-the hydropower and wind energy power generation.
