中国各煤级煤的吸附/解吸特征研究
Study on the Adsorption/Desorption Characteristics of Various Rank Coals in China

【摘要】 基于中国各煤级煤(镜质组最大反射率Ro,max介于0.38%~8.61%)的煤岩成分鉴定、镜质组反射率测试、平衡水等温吸附实验,分析了各煤级煤的朗格缪尔常数与煤级、平衡水分、显微煤岩组分之间的关系,发现了各煤级煤的朗格缪尔体积与煤级的关系呈两段式分布,即朗格缨尔体积先随煤级的增加而增大,后随煤级的增加而减少,变化的拐点在Ro,max为4.0%左右;基于煤层气井罐装煤样的解吸实验(USBM直接法),计算了我国华北地区部分煤储层的吸附时间、临界解吸压力和理论采收率;基于我国的解吸法(MT77-84),计算了我国部分矿区煤层气的解吸率。在上述研究的基础上。建立了朗格缪尔体积与煤级之间关系的数学模型,分析了低煤级煤的吸附特征与中、高煤级煤之间的差异,探讨了煤的吸附特征及机理,指出我国华北石炭纪一二叠纪煤层的吸附时间介于1h~20d之间,煤层气平均理论采收率为34.2%,与计算的煤层气解吸率34.1%相当。
【Abstract】 Based on the petrographic composition’s identifications,the vitrinite reflectance tests and the isothermal methane-adsorption experiments under equilibrium moisture of the coal with different rank of which maximum vitrinite reflectance value is between 0.38% and 8,61% in Chi- na,the relationship among Langmuir constant,coal rank,equilibrium moisture and macerals for different coal ranks was discussed,and the two-segment relationship curve between Langmuir vol- ume and coal rank,that Langmuir volume first increases with the increase of coal rank and then decreases with the increase of coal rank and the inflection point is about 4.0% of R_owas dis- covered.Based on the desorption data of field canistered coal samples from CBM wells(called USBM Direct Method),the absorption time,the critical desorption pressure and the theoretical recovery rate for coal seams of North China were calculated.Based on the Chinese desorption method of MT77-84,the CBM desorption ratio of some coalmine areas in China were also calcu- lated.In the light of the above study results,the math model for the relationship between the Langmuir volume and the coal rank was established,the differences of adsorption characteristics among the low-rank coal and the middle-high rank coal Was analyzed and the adsorption character- istics and mechanism were studied.It was concluded that the adsorption time of Carboniferous-Per- mian coal measures in North China is 1h to 20d,its average CBM theoretical recovery rate is 34.2%,which is equivalent to the calculated 34.1%.
