采煤机滚筒自动调高技术的发展及展望

【摘要】 采煤机是井下工作自动化的中心环节。而呆煤机滚筒的自动调高技术已经成为阻碍工作面自动化发展的瓶颈。本文阐述了采煤机滚筒自动调高技术的发展历程,并提出国外的记忆截割法符合国内实际,可以采用但需要加以改进。同时,本文还分析了自动调高技术中需要解决的问题和相关研究热点。
【Abstract】 Shearer is one of key links in coal face automation. However, automatical lifting of the shearer drum has been the bottleneck in development of coal face automation. In this paper, the developments of shearer drum automatical lifting technology are articulated. And the authors point out that memory-cut method is suifable for the native practice but it should be improved. In the same time, problems needed to resolve, as well as research hotspots, in automatical lifting technology of shearer drum are aslo analysed.
