孙疃矿副井利用永久井架冻结段外壁快速掘砌施工技术
High-speed Drilling and Masonry Outer Lining Construction of Suntong Auxiliary Shaft Frozen Section in Using Permanent Sell Frame

【摘要】 孙疃矿副井利用永久井架,一次性吊挂翻矸台、大抓、吊盘且与锁口交叉作业,提前7 d完成掘井施工准备。在施工外壁过程中,周密组织,合理安排,实行滚班制与专业化班组相结合,提高了工程质量, 加快了掘进速度,推动了安全责任制的落实,实现大断面月成井142 m,在淮北矿区成为快速掘井典范。
【Abstract】 It leads 7days ahead of time to complete preparation work of driving in using permanent shell frame and cross work of one-time hanging gangue dumping board, high holding power clamshell crane and collar set in Suntong Coal Mine auxiliary shaft construction. During outer lining construction, refined organization and appropriate arrangement upgrade engineering quality and pick up speed of driving. It gets to the high speed of 142m per month in well drilling and becomes a nonesuch of high-speed drilling in Huaibei mine area.
