【Abstract】 The basic point of views on technical transformation of coal mine are described in the follow- ing aspects.They are:relying on progress of science and technology;application of rules of economic opera- tion;technical transformation for expansion of reproduction;creating a new economic environment for large scale coal production;active utilization of assets and rational utilization of existing resources,etc.It is also de- scribed how to make use of the economic situation,to increase the ability of the coal mines to adapt themselves to the commodity economic environment and economic benefits from the practical point of view,by relying on scientific decision-making and by taking into consideration of the general strategy for development of the coal mining industry.更多还原
