【Abstract】 The common aspiration of mankind in achieving sustainable development of economy and the prospect of applying underground gasification of abandoned coal seams in China are expounded.This method can be applied in producing water gas and in extraction of pure hydrogen as a further step.It will innovate the way of coal production and utilization.It can add value to coal,and change resources superiority to product superiority.It can be used to produce cheap gas and hydrogen,to reduce the price of the down the stream products,to stimulate the development of national economy and improve the ecological environment.更多还原
