【Abstract】 The development of the technique for strata control in the workings is described.A complete system,namely,“Classification of the surrounding rocks,calculation and prediction of ground pressure,opti- mal selection of support parameters and monitoring the behavior of roof and support quality”is established, which ensures safety in production and lays a foundation for achieving high production and high productivity.
