【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌 CD44V6、PCNA 的表达与肿瘤的分化、浸润及淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化的方法, 对112例弥漫型胃癌组织中 CD44V6、PCNA 的表达水平进行检测。结果:112例弥漫型胃癌中4l例(36.6%)CD44V6阳性,96 例(85.7%)PCNA 阳性。淋巴结转移组 CD44V6阳性率76.4%,明显高于无转移组21.7%(P<0.01);淋巴结转移:≥10枚淋巴结组 CD44V6表达(85.3%)明显高于<10枚结巴组23.8%(P<0.01)。粘膜及粘膜下肿瘤 PCNA 阳性率28.5%,明显低于肌层及浆膜外肿瘤的93.0%(P<0.01)。)结论:CD44V6、PCNA 的表达可作为预测胃癌浸润和转移的较好指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation of expression of CD44V6 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma withinfiltrate of tumor and lymph nodesmetastasis.Methods:The levels of expression of CD44V6 and PCNA in gastric car-cinoma were detected by using Immunohistochemistry(SP).Result:Express of 112 cases of diffuse type gastric carcino-mas were measured CD44V6 for 41 cases(36.6%)and PCNA for 96 cases(85.7%).The positive rate(76.4%)of CD44V6 in the caseswith the metastasis lymph node was significantly higher than that(21.73 %)in the caseswithoutthe metastasis lymph nods(P<0.001),The positive rate(85.3 %)of metastasis lymph nodes≥10 were significantlyhigher than the positive rate 23.8% of metastasis lymph nodes<10,(P<0.01).Meanwhile,tbe positive rate of PC-NA(28.5%)in intramucosal and submcosal tumorswas much lower than that(93%)in insersosal and extraserosal tu-mors(P<0.01).Conclusion:This result suggested that CD44V6 and PCNAmight be useful criteria for evaluation ofinfiltration and metastasis gastric carcinoma.更多还原
