黑松和赤松花粉的毒理实验和安全性评价

【摘要】 利用黑松和赤松花粉饲喂小白鼠,进行急性经口毒性、微核突变、AmeS和小鼠精子畸形四个方面的毒理实验,实验结果显示:黑松和赤松花粉属无毒物质,对小鼠骨髓细胞未见明显致突变作用,无诱发细菌基因变化作用,不引起小鼠精子畸形。结合我国历代松花粉的食用和药用记载,综合评价两种松花粉为安全可靠、未有任何毒副作用的食用珍品。

【Abstract】 A little white mouse was used in the feeding experiments of Japanese black pine and Japanese red pine pollens. The experiments were conducted about acute oral toxicity, microkernel mutation, AmeS and malformation of little white mouse’ s sperm. The results proved that Japanese black pine and Japanese red pine pollens are nontoxic. They can not lead to mutation of marrow cells of the little white mouse, and has no functions of causing the mutation of bacterium genes and the malformation of white mice’ s sperms. Combined with the records about the edible and medicinal uses of pine pollens in historical books, it is concluded that the pollens of Japanese black pine and Japanese red pine are safety titbit without any side effects.
