黑杨派无性系的遗传分析及综合选择

【摘要】 对黑杨派(Section Aigeiros)13个无性系试验林材料进行了11个性状的遗传分析及选择。方差分析、遗传参数估测表明,11个性状中有8个性状元性系间差异显著,其遗传力在0.571-0.884,说明黑杨派无性系多个性状存在广泛的遗传变异。性状间相关分析证明,生长性状、干形性状、冠形性状间存在显著的相关关系。胸径与材积、尖削度、冠幅、主枝数成显著正相关,树高与圆满度、通直度、材积相关性显著。因此,在选择优良无性系时,不但要选择粗生长大的无性系,而且更要选择高生长量大的无性系,因为选择树高生长快的无性系时,其干形性状将同时得捌改良。综合主成分分析和聚类分析结果得到,L35、L323、L324、I107、中林46等5个无性系为综合性状优良无性系,具有生长量大,特别是高生长量大、树干圆满、尖削度小、分枝细或中等、冠幅窄或适中等特点,其中L35、L323、L324为新选出的优良无性系。

【Abstract】 Genetic variation analysis and comprehensive selection were made to eleven traits of thirteen clones in Section Aigei-ros. Variance analysis and estimates of genetic parameters demonstrated that the differences between eight traits from eleven traits were significant. Their broad - sense heritabilities ranged from 0.571 to 0.884. The result indicated that multi -trait of Aigeiros clones bad wide variation. Analysis of genetic correlations indicated that there were significant correlations among growth, trunk form and crown traits. DBH was positively correlated with volume, taper, crown diameter, number of branches. Height was tpositively related to trunk roundness, straightness and volume. When selecting fast growth clones, both DBH and height should be considered, because trunk form was improved as well for height fast growing clones. Principal component analysis and cluster analysis showed that Popuhu × euramericana cv. ’ L35 ’ , P. deltoids cv. ’ L323 ’, P. deltoids cv. ’ L324’ , P. x euramericana cl. ’ 74/76’ , P. × euramericana cl. ’ Zhonglin 46’ were superior clones with better comprehensive traits. Among them, P. × euramericana cv. ’ L35’ , P. deltoids cv. ’ L323’ , P. deltoids cv. ’ 1324’ were clones which were newly screened out.
