粗糙带起始位置对旋成体绕流过临界雷诺数模拟效果的影响

【摘要】 使用低速闭口风洞,对头部带有确定人工扰动的尖拱型旋成体,在模型两侧θ=±52.5°粘贴条状粗糙带的条件下,粗糙带的轴向起始位置在 x/d=0.75之前变化,固定迎角为40°,在雷诺数 Re_D=0.67~9.4×10~5变化范围内,通过表面测压研究粗糙带起始位置对模拟过临界 Re 数下旋成体绕流的影响。结果表明大迎角下,人工转捩带的轴向起始位置会影响到头部部分截面的压力分布,但对后体的影响很小。粗糙带的起始位置越靠后,所受影响的轴向位置越远。通过分析得出粗糙带起始位置与受影响的轴向位置 x/D 之间的关系曲线,由此确定模拟过临界雷诺数下流动时合适的粗糙带起始位置。

【Abstract】 In the range of Reynolds number from 6.7×10~4 to 9.4×10~5 the pressure distribution over an ogive-slender body was measured with a manual perturbation on the nose tip in a closed-return low speed wind tunnel at α=40°.Twin strip were fixed longitudinally at θ=±52.5° and the initial position of the strip is changed from the nose tip to x/D= 0.75 in the experiments.The purpose is to investigate how the artificial strip initial position affects the simulation effect in trans-critieal Reynolds regime at high incidence.The results indicate that the strip’s initial position can affect the pressure distribution on the nose section.The farther the initial position the longer axis distance was affected.By comparing the pres- sure distributions the relationship between strip beginning position and the affected axis distance can obtained,which can used to find the best initial position of the strip for simulating the flow around slender body at trans-eritical Reynolds num- ber.
