旋风分离器内强旋流CFD计算速度的分析与修正
Analysis and Modification of the Velocity in Strong Swirl Flow Field in a Cyclone Separator by CFD

【摘要】 采用Fluent软件对旋风分离器内气相流场进行了数值模拟.模拟表明旋风分离器内强旋转流存在着旋转中心的摆动现象,即旋转流的旋转中心与旋风分离器的几何中心不重合.用CFD计算的旋风分离器内强旋流的三维速度是基于旋风分离器的几何中心给定的,这与参考旋转中心的三维速度分布存在着一定的差别,尤其是径向速度分布有很大的不同.本文分析了由于上述基准不同产生的三维速度分量的变化,给出了将参考几何中心计算的流场换算到参考旋转中心的流场的方法.
【Abstract】 Based on Reynolds stress model (RSM) provided by FLUENT, the strong swirl gas-phase flow field in a volute cyclone is numerically simulated. The results indicate that there exists the deviation of the axial center of the gas flow vortex from the geometric center of the cyclone separator, which results in the two false appearances in the gas-flow field, the swirl reversal near the geometrical center and the remarkable asymmetry of the radial velocity. The velocity in the strong swirl flow field by CFD is based on the geometrical center and it is different from that based on the axial center of the gas flow field. Therefore, the tangential and radial velocity based on the geometrical center should be modified to the velocities based on the axial center of the gas flow vortex before the flow field is applied to the analysis of the performance of the cyclone separator. The modified method is afforded in this paper.
