纳米花形氧化锌颗粒的水热制备

【摘要】 以六水硝酸锌为锌源,氢氧化四丙基铵(TPAOH)和氢氧化四甲铵(TMAOH)分别为碱源,进行了氧化锌粉末的水热制备.实验结果表明,当水热温度为180℃,体系中碱源(OH-)和锌源(Zn2+)的摩尔比为8,水热反应时间为18 h 时,样品经粉末X射线衍射分析,结果表明是较为纯净的氧化锌,扫描电镜观察样品,形貌为短柱状组成的花形, 其中短柱状的氧化锌的直径在150-250 nm,长度在250-600nm,短柱的顶端为六角锥形.讨论认为,碱源以及碱源 (OH-)和锌源(Zn2+)的摩尔比是决定纳米花形氧化锌制备的关键因素.
【Abstract】 The powder of zinc oxide was synthesized in hydrothermal conditions with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O as zinc source, as well as tetrapropyiammonium hydroxide(TPAOH) and tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAOH) as alkaline source. When the hydrothermal temperature was 180 ℃, the molar ratio of OH- to Zn2+ was 8 and the hydrothermal reaction time was 18 h, the XRD result showed that the product was powder of ZnO and the SEM images showed that the morphology of the product was flower-like consisted of short columns. The diameter of short columns ZnO was 150-250 nm and the length was 250-600 nm. It is concluded that the alkaline source and the molar ratio of OH- to Zn2+ are the key factors to synthesize nanosized flower-like ZnO particles.
