机械力活化固相反应法制备ZrO2超细粉体的研究

【摘要】 本研究以氯氧化锆和草酸为原料,采用机械力活化固相化学反应法制备纳米级氧化锆,所得的各样品用XRD 和TEM等手段进行了表征.结果表明:在400℃热处理3 h,粉体主要是四方,含有微量单斜相,平均晶粒尺寸为 13 nm左右,结晶较好的ZrO2纳米粒子;经500℃热处理3 h后,得粒径为16 nm左右,结晶完好以四方相/立方相存在的ZrO2纳米粒子.机械力活化固相化学反应法制备纳米级ZrO2反应条件温和,而且无三废,是一种很有前途的“绿色化学”工艺.

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new method to prepare ZrO2 nanoparticles was described. The mixture of ZrOCl2·8H2O and H2C2O4·2H2O was ground and the precursors were prepared. The products were obtained by calcining precursors. The crystal structure and microstructure of the nanometer ZrO2 were studied by XRD, TEM and BET, etc. The results show that after calcination at 400 ℃ for 2 h, the well crystallized ZrO2 nanoparticles have about 13 nm diameter, and the main phase of the particles is tetragonal with little monocline. Perfectly crystallized ZrO2 nanoparticles were obtained with an average particle size of 16 nm at 500 ℃ for 3 h, and the phase of the powder is tetrabonal/cubic. Preparation of ZrO2 nanoparticles by solid state reaction at low temperature is a kind of new technique accordance with green chemistry.
