高度有序的介孔二氧化硅微球的合成
Synthesis of Micrometer-sized Silica Spheres with Highly Ordered Mesostructure

【摘要】 本文提出了一种温度诱导、水溶性聚合物辅助组装的新方法合成介孔二氧化硅微球:以嵌段聚合物F127为模板剂,在室温下适当酸度的水溶液中使硅酸乙酯水解得到稳定透明的硅溶胶;然后在水热条件下,利用水溶性高分子聚合物的空间结构变化特性组装硅胶粒子,形成介孔二氧化硅微球.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对介孔二氧化硅微球进行了表征,所获得的介孔二氧化硅微球的球形度和分散性好、孔径分布和粒度分布均一、比表面大并且具有高度有序的介孔结构,可用作高效液相色谱填料的优良载体.
【Abstract】 A novel temperature induced or temperature induced and water-soluble polymer such as PEG assisted assembly method has been suggested, based on the thermal effect and special property of water-soluble polymers to aggregate to form micellar structures or networks with the increasing temperature in their aqueous solutions. The method was firstly used to assist the assembly of colloidal silica particles which were obtained through prehydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) in an aqueous acidic solution (pH=1.0) using F127 as the template, and micrometer-sized silica spheres with uniform spherical morphology were successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The prepared mesoporous silica spheres, characterized by nitrogen adsorption and desorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), exhibited high specific surface areas, extremely narrow pore size distributions and highly ordered meso-structures.
