微孔材料的吸附分析方法研究

【摘要】 考察了微孔样品氮吸附测定的若干影响因素,确定了微孔样品氮吸附的测定条件。对5个已知结晶学孔道尺寸的分子筛样品的氮吸附等温线(P/P0到0.01)采用不同孔模型的HK方法和DFT理论进行了计算。结果表明用同一理论不同孔模型或用不同理论同种孔模型计算得到的微孔尺寸会不同,说明了微孔分析结果对选择模型的重要性。而对孔道较小(结晶学尺寸为3.8×3.8(?)三维孔道)的SAPO-34样品,采用HK公式和DFT公式计算得到的微孔尺寸均与结晶学孔道尺寸相差较大,说明对孔道尺寸很小的样品的氮吸附数据采用这两种方法计算微孔尺寸都存在着一定的局限性。

【Abstract】 The several experiment conditions for nitrogen adsorption of micropore materials were studied.The nitrogen adsorption isotherm (p/p0 up to 0.01) of five samples with known crystal pore sizes were measured.The data were calculated according to HK(Horvath- Kawa-zoe) theory and DFT (density functional theory) method.The results show that the micropore sizes obtained by HK method are different from those got by DFT theory. The models you used were important to data. The sample SAPO-34 with very small pore sizes (crystal pore dimension 3.8×3.8(?)) shows obviously difference between calculation results and crystal dimensions,whether the HK formula or DFT theory was used.
