纳米粉体改性聚酯抗凝血性能的研究

【摘要】 本文以纳米粉体为分散相与聚酯复合,研究了纳米粉体种类、纳米粉体加入量对聚酯薄膜的抗凝血性能的影响。将制得的含不同纳米粉体种类、不同粉体添加量的聚酯薄膜进行动态凝血实验。实验结果表明,向聚酯中加入纳米ZnO,当加入量为0.05%时,聚酯薄膜的抗凝血性最好,继续增加粉体的含量时,抗凝血性反而会下降。比较了纳米ZnO、TiO2、Al2O3的加入对聚酯薄膜抗凝血性能的影响。实验结果表明,当纳米粉体加入量为0.5%时,加入纳米ZnO的聚酯薄膜的抗凝血性能最好;当纳米粉体加入量为2%时,加入纳米Al2O3的聚酯薄膜的抗凝血性能最好。
【Abstract】 In this article, polyester was blended with nano-particles. The effect of particle types and amount of the addition of nano-particles on the antithrombogenicy of polyester film was studied. When the amount of nano-ZnO added into polyester is 0.05%, the antithromboge- nicy is the best. However, when the amount was increased further, the antithrombogenicy of polyester tended to drop. The effect of the addition of nano- ZnO, nano-TiO2, nano-Al2O3 on the antithrombogenicy of polyester was compared. The results showed that when the amount of nano-particles is 0.5%, the antithrombogenicy of polyester film blended with nano- ZnO was the best; When the amount of nano-particles is 2%, the antithrombogenicy of polyester film with nano- Al2O3 is the best.
