纳米SiO2对PU复合膜性能影响的研究

【摘要】 以PU基质膜为主要研究对象,通过加入不同无机粒子SiO2(微米级和纳米级)来改善PU复合膜的结构及优化膜性能,对膜性能进行了测试。结果表明:加入SiO2对PU复合膜性能有较大的影响,水通量与截留率都有不同程度增加;在微米级与纳米级SiO2复配体系中,PU复合膜的水通量及截留率提高的幅度较前者大;说明纳米SiO2具有增加界面孔、孔与孔之间的连通性、细化微孔的作用,控制配比,可制备综合性能较好的PU复合超滤膜。
【Abstract】 As the main research object, the structure and performances of polyurethane composite membrane, which composited with inorganic particle SiO2 (micrometer and nanometer level), were improved and optimized. Their ultrafiltration properties were tested. The results showed that SiO2 strongly influenced on the performances of PU composite membrane and resulted in a certain extent enhancement of water flux combined with rejection rate. Combined micrometer with nanometer SiO2, PU composite membrane had a great extent enhancement of water flux combined with rejection rate than the former singly used; It is considered that addition of nanometer SiO2 made the interfacial microporosity and the microporous continuity increase, meanwhile the pore size got finely.As a result, by optimizing the formulation, it was possible to balance the performances of PU composite ultrafiltration membrane.
