循环流化床压力波动信号的小波多分辨率分析

【摘要】 在150 mm×150 mm×2000 mm循环流化床试验模型上,分别以50,100,200和400 Hz采样频率,采集床壁静压波动信号.应用小波多分辨率分析方法,将原始压力信号分解成各尺度信号,然后提取各尺度能量模特征值,用以描述流态化系统气固两相流动特性.研究了采样频率、测点高度、表观气速等因素对分析结果的影响.本文结论有助于深入理解流态化系统流体动力特性规律.

【Abstract】 Circulating fluidized bed is characterized by its heterogeneous two-phase structure with complicated dynamic changes. Pressure fluctuations are often selected to analyze the dynamic changes in the fluidized bed. In this study, wavelet multi-resolution analysis method is applied to analyze the pressure fluctuations in the circulating fluidized bed with three dimensional sizes of 150 mm×150 mm×2000 mm. The pressure fluctuations are obtained at four different sampling frequencies, i.e., 50, 100,200 and 400Hz. The original pressure signals are decomposed into five scale signals, and the energy module values of each scale are computed to describe the hydrodynamic characteristics in the circulating fluidized bed. The effects of sampling frequency, measurement point height and the superficial gas velocity on the energy module values are discussed in detail. A novel method is proposed in this study to go deep into the hydrodynamic mechanism in circulating fluidized bed
