粘性颗粒表面改性后的流态化性能

【摘要】 微米级粘性颗粒很难流化,采用纳米颗粒包覆(或表面改性)后,导致微米级粘性颗粒的表面结构、表面能改变,因而其流化性能亦发生变化.为了考察表面改性后的粘性颗粒在流化床中的流化性能,测量了最小流化速度、床层压力降和床空隙率.实验结果表明,粘性颗粒表面包覆纳米颗粒后,由于粘性力显著下降,粘性颗粒流化性能得到明显改善,而且表面改性后的粘性颗粒的最小流化速度显著降低.

【Abstract】 The fluidization behavior of coated cohesive particles in fluidized beds was investigated. In order to examine the effect of surface modification (coating) on the fluidization characteristics of cohesive powders, minimum fluidization velocity, umf, and voidage at umf, were measured. The experimental results show that surface modification (coating) can improve the fluidization characteristics of cohesive particles due to a drastic reduction of cohesive force. The minimum fluidization velocity of cohesive particles, umf, decreases significantly by coating nano-particles or fine particles.
