一种核壳结构复合磁性纳米粒子的设计与制备
Design and Preparation of the Compound Magnetic Nano-Particles with Core-shell Structure

【摘要】 利用改性葡聚糖作为表面活性剂参与的化学共沉积法制备了壳核结构的磁性复合纳米粒子,核心为氧化铁,外包葡聚糖.在优化实验条件下,可得复合粒子的平均粒径为7.7nm,核心氧化铁的平均粒径为5nm.详细研究了制备过程中各种影响因素:碱源采用快速滴加的方法;控制n(Fe2+):n(Fe3+)的摩尔比;葡聚糖的用量;控制反应时间和反应温度.并对磁性复合纳米粒子的形态、结构、磁化率和平均粒径进行了表征.
【Abstract】 Compound nano-particles of the superparamagnetic iron oxide in core-shell structure were prepared, by chemical co-deposition method in the single-carboxyl dcxtran water-base solution as shell. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the compound particles with the average size of 7.7 nm and the iron oxide with the average size of 5 nm were obtained. The factors affecting the process of the preparation of nano-particles were investigated systematically. The factors include the speed of the addition of NH4OH, the mole ratio of n (Fe2+) to n (Fe3+), the mole number of dextran and the control of the reaction time and temperature. Finally the morphology, structure, magnetic susceptibility and the average size of the obtained nano-particle were characterized.
